I want to return my purchase using any trackable postal service; I will cover the postage costs myself. In 15 days I will receive the total refund.

Bastille Rive Droite arranges the grab of my purchase and I will be charged 10,00 or 20,00 euros from my refund

The shipping charges are on the customer’s side:

SHIPPING COST FOR RETURN ITEM : 10,00 EUROS ITALY
SHIPPING COST FOR RETURN ITEM : 20,00 EUROS WORLDWIDE

You may return one or more items within fourteen days from the date you receive the goods. Please ensure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them along with identifying label and seal.

Bastille Rive Droite reserves the right to refuse to refund any items after this fourteen days period, or garments that are not returned in the same condition as when they were received.

We refund the amount you payed for the returned goods within 15 days after receiving the parcel.

You’ll be refunded to your original form of payment.

CHRISTMAS TIME:
For all purchases made during the month of December, to facilitate Christmas gifts, the returnable will be extended until January 15th, with the ability to return the item and be refunded.

SUMMER HOLIDAY:
All purchases made between 10th and 25th August will be despatched the following week.
